The hotel was in a convenient location close to downtown and an event center. The rooms were mixed, with a peculiar cigarette smell in a non-smoking room but overall clean and comfortable. The service had its ups and downs, ranging from courteous and friendly to intrusive behavior during breakfast. The dining options were hit or miss, with some tasty offerings but limited choices. The facilities had a good location with flexible glass closures, yet some aspects fell short of expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, close to attractions like Kennywood Park, but the room assigned to me smelled heavily of smoke and was not as clean as I would have liked. The service, however, was excellent with a very welcoming and accommodating staff. The dining options were quick and easy but somewhat lacking in variety. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel was not up to par for a Wyndham facility as the rooms were not up to standard, just clean but run down. The service was very rude, although housekeeping was kind and helpful. The location was pretty quiet, close to downtown with some sketchy individuals around. The dining options were very limited, and the facilities could have been improved overall.
